Shipping Methods & Timelines

    Our default shipping method for lightweight and regular-sized orders. Delivery takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. This service covers most regions worldwide and includes tracking for your convenience.
  2. Sea Shipping

    Exclusive for heavyweight or large-volume orders (e.g., bulk toys, tool sets). Sea freight delivery takes 15–40 business days depending on your location and port efficiency. This option is ideal for customers prioritizing cost savings for bulky items.

Free Shipping Details

Free standard shipping applies to most orders across our toy, apparel, and tool categories. A small number of oversized or extremely heavy items may be subject to a nominal shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout. Remote areas (e.g., islands, mountainous regions, or locations with limited logistics access) may incur an additional surcharge, calculated automatically based on your shipping address during checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.
